 I haven't had any errors with the latest version in ages but this one came up this morning: "Login failed: could not parse AuthN response"

 I manually refreshed 3 or 4 times with no joy then rebooted the computer. No help there either.

 I'm on Win7 on this computer and we use Viasat.

 Forgot to mention that I have not tried to reproduce this error on my Win10 box. Anyone else having this error pop up or am I the "lucky" one? :-)

 If you're using any version of Windows before 10, please update to v1.5.93 and enable the "TLS Proxy" setting in the Configuration under Network > Security Protocol.

 I still don't actually know what the ViaSat website wants that older versions of Windows don't have, but whatever it is, the TLS Proxy gets around it.

 I updated and checked TLS Proxy and Bingo > IT WORKS NOW.

 Well, it's likely not a coincidence that three people would have the same failure on the same day, so I'm inclined to believe something's up. Could each of you contact me with your providers and plan types via E-Mail?

 The issue occurs on Windows 7, 8, and 8.1, and appears to be related to the SSL/TLS system in some way, though it's not due to lack of support for TLS 1.3. The best fix I can do is to add TLS Proxy support to every version of Windows before 10, as my webserver successfully negotiates the connection where Windows fails.

 Yes, I still have Windows 7 and have Viasat. I have 60GB monthly with Viasat and it stopped updating on January 6 at 10GB.Before this everything was working fine in updating my usage.

 Same problem as of 1/6, also had to change bookmarks to myviasat on browsers to open account page.
