Please check for a blinking exclamation mark next to the "Usage Levels" label. This indicates a problem. Hover over the label with your mouse for more details about the issue.

Can you please provide the exact error message you receive? It sounds like you either need to reinstall the program or the .NET framework, and I'm not sure which.

This software is for Exede Satellite Internet, which sets its own limit.

Just an FYI. If anyone else has been seeing that "empty response" message, it happened to me today. The last time I saw it was early 2018 and the same fix as then worked today. Just force a manual refresh a couple of times and it will finally push through.
